Situated on the banks of the Great Miami River, West Carrollton/Moraine is just south of Downtown Dayton.  This bedroom community once home to GM automotive plants has reinvented itself and has attracted light manufacturing and assembly businesses. This community provides quick and easy access to highways making it convenient to get to most surrounding communities.  

West Carrollton/Moraine has some wonderful unique dining options from a third-generation locally-owned restaurant, El Meson, featuring Hispanic flavored dishes and tapas to a specialty bakery, Ele, featuring decadent sweet bake goods.

There are many ways to engage in an active lifestyle in West Carrollton/Moraine from utilizing the YMCA with all its exercise classes, pools, and indoor track to Miami Valley Sand which is home to 17 indoor/outdoor sand volleyball courts.  If that doesn’t entice you head on over to the disc golf course for a round.

The recreational river water trail is part of a larger series of trails in the Miami Valley region that span 52 continuous miles. The well-maintained trails take travelers through diverse terrains and along the Great Miami River. On any given day, you can observe wildlife along the river or a rowing team practicing.
