Springboro/Clearcreek Township is our southernmost community in the Dayton area, it is the fastest-growing community with the majority of new home building happening here. Located in Northern Warren County, Springboro/Clearcreek Twp. has a quaint historic downtown area with shops, businesses, and eateries.
The city of Springboro/Clearcreek Twp. owns and operates six recreational parks which contain soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball diamonds, picnic areas, and walking trails. The park also offers a series of summer concerts as well as an activity known as Theatre Under the Star. The Coffman YMCA provides Springboro/Clearcreek Twp. residents with loads of activities from exercise classes, a cycling studio, an indoor family playland, and 2 indoor pools.
Springboro/Clearcreek Twp. owns and operates its own 18-hole championship golf course, Heatherwood. Heatherwood’s clubhouse features an ideal setting for wedding receptions, banquets, events, and corporate functions and has seasonal events for all to enjoy.
Springboro/Clearcreek Twp. takes on a special sparkle at the holidays and, in fact, boasts the largest 3-day holiday festival in the state. The Springboro Christmas festival includes music, food, storytelling, and a festive parade.
