Beavercreek
Beavercreek, close to one of the area’s largest employers, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, is home to many current or former Air Force and civilian employees. Here you will also find numerous research and manufacturing firms that support the base.
The second-largest suburb in the area, Beavercreek is located east of Dayton and has been one of the fastest-growing regional communities with a housing stock ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to established neighborhoods. It still contains a considerable amount of open, undeveloped property and farmland.
Beavercreek has two main shopping areas providing convenient shopping, dining, and services to the growing number of residents. The more lively of the two, The Greene Town Center, is an open-air, mixed-use, office, retail, dining, and entertainment center where there is always something to do. From summer concerts to the Christmas tree lighting, this pedestrian-friendly shopping area boasts an extensive lineup of both familiar brands and independent boutiques.
Beavercreek's Parks, Recreation, and Culture Division manages more than 23 parks, a bike path that stretches 15 miles from Xenia to Eastwood MetroPark in Dayton, and a premier public golf facility. Beavercreek Golf Club feels like a private country club and was awarded 4 ½ stars in Golf Digest’s “Places to Play.”
Beavercreek…a great place to live and play!
